Before founding Rocking J Construction, Jay worked as a certified roof inspector and insurance adjuster — a combination that gives him a perspective most contractors simply don’t have. He’s seen firsthand how unqualified contractors cut corners on materials, how insurance adjusters undervalue legitimate claims, and how homeowners end up caught in the middle.
